Hurricane hits the Coast

Whenever a storm hits the coast, SERVPRO of Dublin, Vidalia, Claxton will send a crew to help other SERVPROs in that area. This was taken from a job on St. Simmons Island after Hurricane Matthew. As you can see, there was significant flooding that happened in this home. The entire yard was still flooded, but the homeowners were able to stop the water from coming in once they returned home. Our crew had to remove the drywall that had been saturated due to the flooding. Once removed, we used SERVPRO cleaners to clean the flooring to save what we could. There were parts of the home the flooring needed to be removed as you can see in the after picture.
