Water Damage

The hallway bathroom in this home had a water leak from the pipes going into the toilet that went unnoticed for a few hours. When the homeowner realized there was a leak, he disconnected the water to stop the water leak and called SERVPRO. Before we got to the home, he had begun to mop the area to remove most of the water. We placed equipment to dry the area to then begin the restoring process in order to make the home look "Like it never even happened." We were unable to save the baseboard, but the homeowner was thrilled we were able to save the walls and flooring.
