Microbial Growth in Crawlspace

Microbial growth is fairly common in the crawlspace in a home. It has the perfect moist condition for a mold to begin growing. The homeowner began to notice signs of mold growth when he inspected the area himself. When he realized there was mold, he called SERVPRO of Dublin, Vidalia, Claxton to remediate the area. The before picture shows the growth that was occurring. The after picture shows our IICRC certified technician that was cleaning the area. We use SERVPRO approved anti-microbial cleaning supplies to kill the mold at the roots. This will reduce the likelihood of mold to return to the area.
