A small water leak was in the bathroom in this home. The homeowners were able to extract the water and clean the area. They then realized microbial growth was occurring underneath their flooring. They immediately called SERVPRO of Dublin, Vidalia, Claxton to inspect the area and decide what needs to be done. Our IICRC certified technicians determined the flooring needed to be removed to properly clean the underneath flooring. Our crew used SERVPRO approved equipment and anti-microbial cleaning supplies. Once the area had been cleaned, we had to read the equipment to be positive the humidity level had dropped tremendously in the home.
